The Jeppesen Services Update Manager (JSUM) helps eliminate the need to use multiple software applications to update your Multi-Function Displays (MFD) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS). This software application allows you to easily update and manage all of your Jeppesen electronic services in one tool. Among the many new features, you can automatically download your services, assign aircraft tail numbers and monitor alerts.
To become familiar with the application interface, please review Introducing JSUM. When you are ready to download the data and program your data card, use the manufacturer labeled folders to help you get started. If you are using the Skybound adapter, please see the Skybound installation instructions before plugging in the unit.
